Nestled in the quiet and picturesque neighborhood of Quails Ridge in Kelowna, an unfinished home addition was transformed into a bright and stunning art studio. The project was no small feat, as it required a full range of services from light demolition to final cleaning. The renovation started with framing the space and installing electrical wiring for a heat pump, 120v outlets, and LED spotlights to ensure optimal lighting for artistic inspiration. Next, the space was expertly insulated with spray foam insulation to ensure a comfortable and cozy environment.

After that, Mon-Arch team meticulously completed a drywall services up to level 3, trims, and baseboards to give the space a polished and professional finish. The walls were then expertly painted in a serene shade of White Heron, and a beautiful matte white trims for a welcoming atmosphere. Finally, the team installed a heat pump to keep the space comfortable year-round and finished with a thorough cleaning to ensure a fresh and inviting space.

This transformation from an unfinished home addition to a stunning art studio required the expertise of skilled professionals and meticulous attention to detail. The carpentry services provided by the team were instrumental in reviewing the existing framing to tailor to the artist’s specific needs. The team’s expertise in the installation of a heat pump made the space comfortable throughout the winter storm experienced this year, while the installation of 120v outlets and LED spotlights provided optimal lighting for the artist’s work.
