Ralph de Rechniewski is a dynamic professional with a diverse background in interior design, engineering, and real estate development. Born in the picturesque South of France to an Interior Designer mother and an engineer father, Ralph’s upbringing was a blend of creativity and technical expertise. He spent his formative years between the glamorous locales of Monaco and the bustling city of Paris.

Ralph’s educational journey took him on an international adventure. After completing his high school diploma in Florida, he embarked on a journey to Asia, where he honed his skills in interior and graphic design. His dedication and passion for design were evident in his outstanding academic performance.

Seeking to further enrich his knowledge and skills, Ralph moved to British Columbia (BC), Canada. While pursuing a bachelor’s degree, he didn’t just limit himself to the classroom; he actively immersed himself in the construction and interior design industry. Ralph worked with various interior design shops and a flooring company, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the industry.

Ralph’s fascination with construction and design was ingrained in him from a young age. He frequently assisted his mother in renovation projects, learning the intricacies of every step of the process. At the tender age of 18, he completed his first apartment flip with his mother’s guidance, a testament to his determination and skills. By the age of 24, he had already successfully flipped multiple properties.

His father’s background in mechanical engineering also influenced Ralph’s interests. He spent countless hours in the garage, tinkering with electronics, disassembling and fixing engines, and refurbishing vehicles from scooters to cars. This hands-on experience broadened his skill set and provided him with a unique perspective on design and construction.

Currently residing in the picturesque town of West Kelowna, Ralph made a pivotal decision in 2021 to establish his own business, Mon-Arch Renovation and Design. His goal is to bring the same level of excellence he was raised with in Monaco to the Okanagan area. Ralph’s core values, a combination of creativity, technical prowess, and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, are the driving force behind his business. With a commitment to quality and innovation, Ralph de Rechniewski is poised to elevate the world of renovation and design in the Okanagan region.

Olivier’s educational background includes studies in heavy-duty mechanical engineering and milling, complemented by coursework in business development. His multifaceted knowledge base has equipped him with a holistic understanding of the construction and manufacturing sectors.

For seven years, Olivier immersed himself in the dynamic landscape of Alberta, working closely with large mills and gaining invaluable experience in heavy-duty mechanical services. This experience honed his skills and instilled in him a deep appreciation for the intricacies of industrial operations.

Subsequently, Olivier ventured to British Columbia, where he ventured into entrepreneurship by establishing several businesses catering to the needs of forestry operators in the realm of heavy-duty mechanics. His commitment to delivering top-notch services in this demanding sector earned him a reputation for excellence.

However, Olivier’s journey took a transformative turn when he became increasingly concerned about the evolving landscape of the milling industry and its environmental impact. His quest to find sustainable alternatives in construction led him back to his roots in Quebec. There, he embarked on the exciting endeavor of founding his own engineered wood structure companies. Olivier’s dedication to utilizing engineered studs, joists, and beams in construction showcases his forward-thinking approach and commitment to sustainable building practices.

In addition to his ventures in Quebec, Olivier Verrier has generously lent his expertise to Mon-Arch Renovation & Design Inc. as an interim Chief Operating Officer (COO). His wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience has proven instrumental in guiding the company through its operational challenges and strategic initiatives.
